For Thato, transformation has always been about people
Thato Belang is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Transforma People Solutions.
For more than 20 years, she has worked with people navigating change, leadership, growth and the everyday complexities of organisational life. Across financial services, telecommunications, mining, insurance, higher education and the public sector, one truth has remained consistent: organisations do not transform unless their people are able to move with them.
This understanding sits at the heart of her work.
Thato works with leaders and teams to make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. The conversations that are being avoided. The behaviours affecting trust and performance. The gap between what an organisation says it values and what people experience every day.
Her role is not to arrive with all the answers. It is to ask the right questions, create space for honest conversation and help people translate insight into meaningful action.

Thato brings experience in organisational development, change enablement, leadership development, coaching, programme design and facilitation. She has worked with emerging leaders, managers, senior leaders and executives.
Her approach combines strategic thinking with a deep respect for people and their lived experiences. She understands that meaningful change takes more than a well-designed strategy or a once-off intervention. It requires trust, ownership, courage and consistent leadership behaviour.
Thato is the author of The Authenticity Equation: Living and Leading from the Inside Out and the creator of The Authenticity Equation Framework™. Her work explores how greater self-awareness and inner alignment can shape the way people lead, relate and contribute.
She is a COMENSA member, a published leadership coaching researcher and a recipient of the Global Women of Influence Award.
