ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Thato Belang is an Authenticity Architect, Leadership and Authenticity Coach, Master Facilitator, Speaker and Author of The Authenticity Equation: Living and Leading from the Inside Out.
Her work draws on over 20 years of experience across financial services, telecommunications, insurance, the public sector and leadership development.
Through Transforma People Solutions, she helps people and organisations navigate meaningful change, lead with greater authenticity and translate purpose and insight into intentional action.
This masterclass brings together her lived story, facilitation practice, faith and the framework introduced in The Authenticity Equation book.

What to expect
This is a live, facilitated experience rather than a lecture. Thato will combine storytelling, guided reflection, short teaching moments, chat participation and selected audience questions. Cameras are welcome but optional. Participants will enter muted and may be invited to contribute during designated moments.
The session will be recorded. Participant contributions may be audible or visible in the recording when someone chooses to speak. Recording details and participation guidance will be repeated at the start of the session.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a religious teaching session?
No. Faith informs Thato’s perspective and some of the reflections and biblical examples. The masterclass is not a sermon or theological lesson, and Thato will not attempt to interpret God’s will for individual participants.
Is the masterclass only for women?
No. The experience is open to women and men who resonate with the subject.
Do I need to be an entrepreneur?
No. The conversation is relevant to professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and people navigating a personal or professional transition.
Do I need to keep my camera on?
No. Cameras are warmly encouraged where your environment and connectivity allow, but they are optional.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The masterclass will be recorded. Participants will be notified before recording begins. If you choose to speak, your voice and possibly your video may appear in the recording.
What if I cannot attend live?
Your ticket includes seven day streaming access to the replay. The replay link will be sent on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and will close on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 23:59 SAST.
Can I download the replay?
No. The replay is available for online streaming only during the seven day access period.
What does the signed book ticket include?
It includes full masterclass access and a signed paperback copy of The Authenticity Equation: Living and Leading from the Inside Out. Delivery is charged separately.
Can I transfer my ticket?
A ticket may be transferred to another person before 18:00 SAST on 9 November 2026 by contacting info@transformapeople.co.za. Access may not be shared by multiple people.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are non refundable, but they may be transferred to another person before the stated deadline. If Transforma People Solutions cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
